These Terms govern your use of LabelRails Financial Services Ltd. ("LabelRails") website and services including foreign exchange, money transfers, virtual currency, and payment processing. LabelRails is a British Columbia corporation and FINTRAC-registered MSB (#C10001594) located at 329 Howe Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 3N2. By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are permitted, and not subject to sanctions. Business accounts must be operated by authorized representatives of a legally registered entity.
We offer personal accounts for individuals and business accounts for corporations and other legal entities. All accounts require identity verification (KYC) before services are activated.
LabelRails provides: foreign exchange services across 30+ currency pairs, international money transfers, virtual currency buying/selling/custody, and payment processing for businesses. Specific terms, rates, and fees for each service are provided at the time of transaction.
You agree to: provide accurate identification and information, respond to verification requests promptly, not use our services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal purpose, and comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for non-compliance.
Transaction fees, exchange rate spreads, and service charges are disclosed before you confirm each transaction. We reserve the right to change our fee schedule with 30 days notice.
LABELRAILS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FEES CHARGED FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
